The Bruichladdich Organic Barley 2012 is a vintage single malt whisky crafted with a dedication to sustainability and soil health. Distilled from 100% unpeated Scottish barley, specifically the Publican variety grown at Mid Coul farm, this whisky is aged in 100% first-fill bourbon barrels to preserve the maximum flavour of the grain. Bottled at 50% ABV, it showcases an extraordinary clarity of flavour, embodying notes of creamy fudge, honeyed citrus, and subtle spice, highlighting the elegance and balanced complexity of its organically grown barley
